About Salient Change

What’s in a name? Salient change is noticeable, outward, important change. It’s change for impact, to make a difference, to leave something better than it was. It’s lasting, it’s connected, it’s powerful.

Like others, the pandemic and the social impact it had on all of us opened my eyes, woke me up, and put me on notice. The world continues to change around me and some of that change is not what I want for me, my family, for humanity, or our planet. I started feeling the pull to DO something about it, but most often I felt helpless.

Until I connected to my inner strengths, natural talents, and most importantly, to others that believe in a world full of kindness, empathy, strength in numbers, and the infinite power of hope.

My most powerful strength and the thing I love most about being human is connection. As a coach, I get to not only connect to others on a deeper level, but also help others tap into their own strengths. And because I believe in the connection between all things, I believe that coaching will be my way of enacting positive change in the world.
